When you submit our Athlete Combine registration form we collect the athlete's name, parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, age, sport, school or club, competition level, and any goals or notes you choose to share. We also record how you reached this page (campaign parameters, referring website, landing page URL, and general device type).

How we use your information

• Confirm and manage your combine registration.
• Contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your registration and our programs.
• Prepare testing groups and coaching notes for combine day.
• Measure which marketing channels bring athletes to us.

By submitting the form you agree to receive communications via email and/or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not sell your phone number, and SMS consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Minors

Registrations for athletes under 18 should be completed by a parent or guardian. We collect only the information needed to run the combine safely and to contact the responsible adult.
